Text Sia SMS Terms of Service.
Version: SMS-PAPER-2026-10-11-v1. These terms describe the owner-only US pilot consent process. The messaging service is not yet activated.
Program and message scope
Text Sia is an AI assistant pilot operated by SI Technologies, LLC. The proposed SMS scope is non-marketing conversational replies to the participant’s questions, reminders specifically requested by that participant, and essential pilot notices. The designated program number is +1 877-519-5813. Do not text it before SI confirms activation.
Optional participation
SMS consent is voluntary and separate from general contact, email, and other services. No purchase is required. Signing the paper form does not activate service, guarantee admission, or authorize marketing, third-party outreach, phone calls, or access to private accounts. Only the known pilot owner’s confirmed US mobile number is eligible in this phase.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with the participant’s conversations, requested reminders, and pilot notices. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider’s charges are your responsibility. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP, HELP, and support
When the service is activated, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Other standard opt-out requests must also be honored. After an opt-out, no further program messages may be sent except one confirmation of the opt-out. You can also contact inquire@sitechnologiesllc.com for help or withdrawal at any time, including before activation.
Activation and limitations
SI must retain the complete signed record with an affirmative SMS checkbox and separate terms acknowledgment, confirm the pilot owner and mobile number, and complete required provider registration and technical checks before sending SMS. The activation process must include a program confirmation with applicable disclosures. AI answers can be wrong. Do not use this pilot for emergencies, medical decisions, or time-critical safety needs. Delivery and feature availability are not guaranteed.
Consent scope changes
A new message purpose, wider audience, or additional channel requires a separate review and consent where applicable. Task-completion notifications outside a requested reminder are not included in this form.
