SI uses a manual, signed paper-consent process for this pilot. This website does not collect your mobile number or submit consent online.

1. Read the SMS terms, privacy policy, and message disclosures below.
2. Download the blank form. Print it, enter your name and US mobile number, choose the optional SMS checkbox, acknowledge the terms separately, then personally sign and date it.
3. Email a scan or clear photograph to inquire@sitechnologiesllc.com with subject “Text Sia SMS signed consent”. Keep a copy.
4. SI records receipt and accepts SMS consent only if the optional SMS box is affirmatively checked, name/mobile/date/signature are complete, the separate terms acknowledgment is checked, and the mobile matches the known pilot owner. A signed form with the SMS box blank is not consent. Signed consent alone does not activate SMS. Registration, owner-number confirmation, and operational checks must also pass.

Downloading a form or opening an email is not consent. Consent evidence requires the actual received, signed form. We do not infer consent from a website visit, a contact inquiry, or a preselected checkbox.

What the optional consent covers

I choose to receive recurring, non-marketing Text Sia SMS from SI Technologies, LLC at the US mobile number I provide, after SI confirms owner-pilot activation. Messages cover AI conversational replies to my questions, reminders I specifically request, and essential pilot notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help once messaging is active. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. This consent does not authorize marketing, third-party messages, phone calls, or access to my private accounts.

Form version: SMS-PAPER-2026-10-11-v1. There are no preselected consent boxes. You may contact SI or use non-SMS services without opting in.
